| app_mentions:read | Enable Who owns app to respond to direct mentions of the whoowns app, eg. to display help text about how to use the app |
| chat:write | Enable Who owns app to post messages such as what resource is owned by a team or what team owns the resource asked for by a user |
| chat:write.public | Enable Who owns app to post messages such as what resource is owned by a team or what team owns the resource asked for by a user; even to channels whoowns isn't a member of. |
| users.profile:read | Enable Who owns app to both determine time zones of the user consistently and display user display names across the app's surface areas. This is user when adding members to teams and and typing /whoowns team team-name. You will then see users in working hours (9-5 Mon-Fri without the Vacationing status enabled). |
